IT'S SPRING. That means its time to submit your program proposal(s) for next year . We'd like to receive the proposals by July 1 this year. Here's the link to the program proposal form. If you are on a computer** you can fill in this form in online and then send it to the email address at the front of the form.

**If you are using a phone or a tablet you will not be able to fill in the form online and will have to print it, fill it in and mail it to the address at the front of the form or scan it and email it.
